CONNECTICUT — Former Seattle Seahawks football player and Union-Endicott graduate Isaiah Kacyvenski, 32, of Kirkland, Wash., was charged with breach of peace, a misdemeanor, on Saturday in connection with a brawl at the Mohegan Sun Casino, Connecticut state police said.
